Mobilenzo is now integrated with OrderSync
You can now enter an order ID from "Mobileenzo" and automatically create a purchase order in RepairDesk using OrderSync. It ensures that existing SKUs are mapped accurately, while AI mapping assists in mapping new SKUs. You can review and edit attributes before finalizing a purchase order.

Date Range Selection in RD Forms
We've introduced a new "Date Range" custom field in RD Forms, allowing users to capture a start and end date within a single field. When creating or editing a custom form step on RD Forms, you can add a "Date Range" field instead of two separate date fields. This makes collecting timeframes for warranties, service periods, and bookings easier, ensuring a more streamlined and accurate data entry process.

Clearer Shopify Integration Triggers for Better Control
We've improved the Shopify integration settings by disabling interdependent triggers and adding tooltips to explain prerequisites for enabling them. When a trigger requires another setting to be turned off first, it will appear disabled with a tooltip explaining what needs to be done. This ensures merchants understand how triggers work, reducing confusion and making the integration setup smoother.

RepairDesk Forms - Allow Customers to download a PDF Summary of their inquiry
After submitting an RD Form, customers can now download a PDF summary of their inquiry. We've added a Download PDF option on the confirmation page of RD Forms. After submission, customers can review and save a detailed order summary, ensuring transparency and a better customer experience.

More Flexibility in Managing Customer Phone Numbers
You can now set a customer's primary phone number, even if it already exists as a secondary number in another profile. When updating or adding a customer, the system will no longer block primary numbers already listed as secondary in another profile. This solves a common issue where a family memberโs numberโoften used as an alternate contact when a customerโs device is brokenโcouldnโt be added as a secondary number because it was already linked to their own profile. Now, you can seamlessly manage customer contacts without restrictions, ensuring better communication and smoother customer interactions.

Send Messages Faster with Canned Responses in PhonePro
You can now create and manage canned message templates in the "Write Message" option when receiving customer calls in PhonePro. Instead of manually drafting messages for each customer inquiry, merchants can save predefined message templates and quickly select them when responding. This ensures faster responses, consistent messaging, and a more professional customer experience. No more retyping the same messagesโselect, send, and streamline communication!

Control Repair Price Visibility in the Customer Portal
Merchants can hide repair prices when customers create or view tickets on the Customer Portal. A new setting allows merchants to toggle price visibility on or off in the Customer Portal. When the trigger is enabled, customers will not see repair prices upfront, allowing merchants to review and discuss pricing directly before finalizing the repair.

Track When Invoices & Service Receipts Are Generated
Merchants can now include a "Generated Date & Time Stamp" on Invoices and Service Receipts, helping them track when these documents were generated. A new macro has been added to the Invoice and Service Receipt templates, similar to the one in Thermal Receipts. This macro automatically displays the exact timestamp of when the document was generated, ensuring accurate record-keeping and better tracking.

Quickly Identify Custom Forms at a Glance
Merchants can now see the title of a Custom Form displayed on the Widget Steps page after saving, making it easier to manage multiple custom forms. Previously, users had to open each form individually to identify its purpose. The form title is displayed directly on the Widget Steps page, allowing for quick identification and streamlined form management.

Quickly Identify Tickets by Customer Organization in Ticket Counter Display
Merchants can now add the Organization field to the Ticket Counter Display columns, making tracking tickets linked to specific customer organizations easier. Previously, merchants could not view organization details in the Ticket Counter Display, so extra steps were required to find this information. Now, merchants can instantly recognize and manage tickets associated with different businesses or clients by enabling the Organization column.

Cleaner, More Professional Estimates Without Empty Discount Columns
The Discount column will automatically be hidden in estimate templates if no discount is applied, preventing unnecessary clutter. Previously, the Discount column and its zero value remained visible even when no discount was added, affecting document readability. If no discount is applied, the system removes the column and its label, ensuring cleaner, more professional-looking estimates.

Enhanced Visibility on Estimates, Invoices & Tickets Listings
- Estimates Listing: The New Due Date column shows the estimate's due date, and the Customer Group column displays the assigned group for each customer.
- Invoices Listing: New columns for Due Date, Customer Group, and Private Comments allow merchants to track invoice deadlines, categorize customers, and view internal notes at a glance.
- Tickets Listing: The Customer Group column provides better ticket categorization based on customer groups.

Easily View Estimate Due Date Without Editing
Merchants can now see the Estimate Due Date directly on the Estimate View Page, eliminating the need to enter edit mode. The Due Date field is now displayed on the Estimate View Page, allowing users to reference when an estimate is due without additional steps quickly. This update saves time and ensures faster decision-making when reviewing estimates.

Control SKU Visibility on Estimate Templatesย
Merchants can now hide item SKUs from the A4 Estimate Template, giving them better control over the information displayed to customers. A new setting has been added in the Estimate Template Configurations, allowing merchants to toggle SKU visibility on or off as needed.

New Tickets UI Improvements
- Easily Flag Important Internal Notes: Highlight important private comments or internal notes by flagging them. Flagged notes stay at the top of the history section, making it easier to find the key details without scrolling through all comments.
- Easily Filter Out-of-Stock Items: Now, you can focus only on available stock when searching for parts! Use the Hide out-of-stock option in the advanced search pop-up and the part drawer to quickly find and add in-stock items to your tickets, saving time and making your workflow more efficient.
- Add Out-of-Stock Items to Tickets with Ease: You can now add out-of-stock inventory items without updating stock first, making ticket processing faster. The Add Stock pop-up will provide the option to proceed without updating the stock before adding the item.
- Quickly Find Parts with Serial Number Search: You can now search for parts by serial number directly in the part drawer, making it faster and easier to locate the correct item. Selecting a suggestion will automatically pick the corresponding serial without extra clicks.
- Improved UI for Text Custom Field: Long text in custom fields is now easier to view! Instead of getting cut off, the full text will appear in a tooltip when you hover over the field, making it more convenient to read essential details.
- Better Visibility for Organization & Customer Group: Weโve made seeing important customer details at a glance easier! Now, the Organization Name and Customer Group appear directly below the email and phone number in the customer card, with no extra clicks needed.
- Quickly Locate Parts/Items with Physical Location Display: You can now see the physical location of parts in search suggestions, the part drawer, and the advanced search popup, eliminating the need to check the inventory section. This helps locate items faster, reducing search time and improving workflow.
