Rename Custom Form

This is an official request to enable the ability to rename custom forms. RepairDesk allows users to create multiple custom forms, but it becomes challenging to identify the purpose of each form. Currently, users must open each form individually to make changes. Allowing renaming would improve usability and efficiency.
