Currently there are slight variations between the new ticket UI and the POS when it comes to editing device and issue details. These are the improvements for both that would be more convenient. TICKET UI: - Allow editing of device name like in the POS by hovering over device card and clicking three dots for Edit. Also allow for image upload/updating. - Allow editing of issue exactly like in POS. POS: - Allow upload/updating of device image for new and existing.
- Ability to generate shipping label from customer portal.
The whole RD form consists of boxes option while selecting the category, brand or device whereas in the custom forms section it gives Dropdown Text field and Check Box etc. It would be great to have an option like the rest of the RD forms. Image is attached for the reference.
An option to be able to see Descriptions related to a Repair service will help the customers to get a better idea to know more about the repair. This could include information on what customers can expect, service durations, and any warranties offered. A more information symbol is a good example of this as well.

The customer has reported an issue once we create a Shipping Label from Manage Invoices against a Paid Invoice, the Order # gets updated in the Shipped Section of Shipstation. In all the other cases, it gets updated in Awaiting Shippment.
Ability to add custom trigger for categories, brands, and models, which will allow customers to seamlessly manage their mail-in repairs in case they do not want their customers to add any category, brand and device manually in the form.
- Ability to have inbound shipping option for ticket and estimate.
