August 2025 Product Updates
This August, we’ve focused on smarter workflows and smoother experiences, making it easier for your team to stay efficient and in control.
Key Highlights:
Add Customer Labels
Easily organize multiple customer contact numbers with labels like Home, Office, or custom tags. You can mark a primary number for notifications, and the labels appear on profiles, invoices, and receipts, helping your team avoid mix-ups and streamline communication.

Add/Edit Product on POS
Editing item details on the POS is now smoother with a new side-drawer UI. Quickly update prices, stock, or other information directly from the POS without needing to navigate away, saving time during checkout.
What’s New:
-
Trade-In info on Refurbishment Ticket
When creating a refurbishment ticket for a trade-in item, you’ll now see key details, including IMEI/serial number and description. This provides technicians with quick access to critical information, eliminating the need to switch screens.
-
Shipping Costs Synced to PB & GRN
No more mismatched totals, the shipping cost entered on a Purchase Order now automatically carries over to the Purchase Bill and GRN, ensuring accurate totals and smooth payment reconciliation.
-
Auto Transfer of Notes & Tracking ID to PO
When creating a special order item on the POS, the tracking ID and order notes are now automatically copied to the linked Purchase Order. This reduces manual data entry and ensures consistent order details.
-
Simplified Custom Attributes Export
We’ve streamlined the serialized inventory export by displaying all custom attributes in a single column instead of four. This makes it easier to analyze, filter, and even re-import your data.|
-
Revamped Special Order Item & Trade-In Listings with New UI Components: We've updated the Special Order Item & Trade-In listings using our latest listing components, similar to those used for estimates, invoices, and purchase orders, to offer a faster, more consistent, and smoother user experience.
-
Tickets Workflow Module Improvements:
- Mandatory Workflow Selection for Ticket Creation: You can now make workflow selection mandatory when creating a ticket. By enabling this setting, you’ll prevent tickets from being created without an assigned workflow. Ensuring that every repair follows the proper steps reduces errors and maintains consistency across the team's processes.
- Highlight Skipped & Violated Workflow Steps: Skipped and violated workflow steps are now clearly highlighted in the workflow UI. Skipped steps are shown in orange, violated steps in red, and you can hover over them to see who skipped or violated them, along with the date and time. This provides managers with instant visibility, ensures accountability, and enhances overall quality control without requiring them to review ticket history.
- Move Tickets Backward to Previous Workflow Steps: You can now move a ticket backward to any previous workflow step by simply clicking on it. This makes it easier to handle real-life scenarios, such as rework, corrections, or additional checks, without canceling or restarting the ticket. All actions are logged for complete visibility and team accountability.
