Ticket Revamp
Revamping the user interface and user experience for the creation and update of ticket from Manage Tickets screen. Some of the updates are listed below.
- New User Interface and Experience, in which the edit and view screens will be the same.
- Ticker creation process will be the one like on POS where the user will be able to easily view, add and search the category, device and models.
- Easier to view and add parts from the service line item.
- Option to upload images via webcam directly
- Separate sections for Billing, References and Shipping information (Easier to navigate).
- Option to checkout directly to POS from the ticket
- Other minor improvements related to enhanced user experience.
