IMEI history
I would find it very helpful to have a "open previous ticket" button on pre/post conditions. We often notice something is not working during a repair. We have to look up the device by IMEI/Serial to see the history of how this ticket was closed last. Most often the device failed on the last repair's post conditions, but we have to be sure so we know we did not break something. Also, a full imei history auto filter button would be great. This would not be the same as customer history, because more than one person can bring in the same device.
