Add a box option for custom forms

The whole RD form consists of boxes option while selecting the category, brand or device whereas in the custom forms section it gives "Dropdown" "Text field" and "Check Box" etc. It would be great to have an option like the rest of the RD forms. Image is attached for the reference.
