Remove Proceed Anyway to Ensure Mandatory Consent on Payment Terminal

Hello Team, Can we remove the step "proceed anyway"? Other stores will still click proceed anyways and we lose the consent from the customer. We’d like to ensure that employees avoid clicking "Proceed Anyway" while waiting for customer signatures. Currently, many stores are bypassing the mandatory signature step when processing tickets and invoices. Thanks,
