POS Checkout Printnode Printing Option

Add a button on the POS Post-Checkout screen to allow printing Thermal Receipt and Invoice via Printnode. Some of us can only use printnode for printing. Currently it is only possible to setup automated printing for ALL transactions. By adding a button it will reduce the amount of unnecessary paper receipts being printed when customers opt for emailed receipt. More and more customers are opting for receipt via email.
