Pop-up reminder to check that part is added to ticket before marking "REPAIRED"

We have a recurring problem where parts do not get added to repair tickets. This throws our inventory off and in turn throws our low stock orders off as well as parts do not trigger a low stock warning. It would be incredible to have a pop-up notification asking you to check that parts are attached when marking a ticket "REPAIRED" that has no repair parts attached. Similar to the way you cannot mark a ticket as repaired before performing post-repair testing.
