Picture Description when image uploaded in RD Forms

When multiple images are uploaded through RD forms (e.g., "Upload the back side of the phone", "Upload the front", etc.), and a ticket or lead is created, there is currently no context or label associated with these images. As a result, we have to manually open each image to understand what it represents. It would be incredibly helpful if the image field titles (e.g., "Upload the back side of the phone") were automatically included in the ticket or lead notes in the image section alongside the corresponding image. This way, we can quickly identify what each image is without having to open them one by one.
