Option to Tax Inclusive or Exclusive separately for Purchase order

Currently the Tax class is applied generally to all store and even the PO so, we use the Tax inclusive for all store but the price we get from Supplier is tax exclusive. It makes it very difficult and time consuming to add even an small batch of item to order on PO as I have to calculate it manually
