Option to hide repair custom field from Invoice

We use the repair custom field to enter/record all details of the repair job that are not required after job completion or quote approval. Printing all custom field details on the Invoice is unnecessary for us. It is taking up a lot of space, and we'd appreciate an option to remove or hide them.
