Option to add Miscellaneous item in Suggestive Sale alerts

Hello Team, Merchant would like to add Miscellaneous items in suggestive sales alert as they have setup a Merchant Service Fee casual item which charges a certain percentage on the whole invoice. They would like that Miscellaneous item to be displayed on checkout in suggestive sales alert so the sales person don't forget to add the item in cart.
