Lead Generation for In-Store Product Inquiries via Website
We would love to see an enhancement in RepairDesk that allows lead generation not just for repairs and services, but also for products showcased on our website. Currently, we can capture leads from online platforms for repair and service requests, but there’s no way to generate leads for products that we display online but do not sell directly through e-commerce. We want a feature where a visitor to our website can fill out a form—perhaps linked to an appointment calendar—that displays our available inventory. Once they submit the form, it should create a lead in RepairDesk POS, allowing us to track customer interest in specific products. This would be especially useful for businesses that use their website as a digital showroom rather than an online store. Customers could browse products, express interest, and submit a lead, which would then be visible in RepairDesk POS under Managed Leads. When the customer visits our physical store and finalizes their purchase, we should have the ability to convert the lead into an invoice. Implementing this would greatly benefit businesses that showcase inventory online without an e-commerce setup, helping them streamline sales inquiries and improve customer engagement. We believe this enhancement would be a valuable addition for many RepairDesk users. Looking forward to your consideration!
