Integration of Product Inquiries & Estimates with RepairDesk Forms & Appointments Pro
We would love to see an enhancement in RepairDesk Forms and Appointments Pro that allows customers to inquire about products or request estimates directly from our website—just as they can for repairs and services. Currently, Manage Estimates and Manage Inquiry sections within RepairDesk enable us to handle product-related inquiries, but there is no direct way for customers to submit these requests through RepairDesk Forms or Appointments Pro. We propose a feature where a visitor to our website can: Browse available products. Submit an inquiry or request an estimate using an online form. Have their submission automatically create an entry under Manage Estimates or Manage Inquiry in RepairDesk POS. This feature would be especially beneficial for businesses using their website as a digital showroom, allowing them to streamline product inquiries and estimates while tracking customer interest in specific items. Additionally, if this inquiry could be linked to an appointment calendar, businesses could schedule follow-ups, in-store visits, or consultations for product purchases. By integrating product inquiries and estimates into RepairDesk Forms and Appointments Pro, businesses could enhance lead tracking, improve customer engagement, and convert more inquiries into sales.
