Improvement - Separate permission to allow user to change the tax and price on Invoice, Tickets and POS

We have permission available in our system as change price and tax. After enabling this permission user can change the tax and price but now we want to separate this permission as change price and change tax. make sure after separating this permission the state should be maintained like if change price and tax permission is available before separation then after separating it, change price and change tax permission should also be enabled. Additionally, we have two triggers available: "Charge tax on replacement part retail price" and "Charge tax on replacement part cost price." Currently, if a user enables either of these triggers, both triggers become disabled, preventing any changes. However, we are planning to implement a new workflow. If an invoice has not been generated after enabling any of these triggers, users should be allowed to modify the trigger without encountering automatic disabling. This change aims to provide greater flexibility and user control over these triggers.
