Improvement in Ticket Export by Splitting Custom Fields into Separate Columns

When tickets are exported to an Excel file, all the custom fields are currently combined into a single column, separated by semi-colons. This makes it difficult to monitor and analyze the data efficiently. We request that each custom field be exported into its own separate column to make the report more organized and easier to work with.
