Group Notifications by Device Instead of Individual Services.

Currently, when multiple services are added to a single device under the same ticket, the system sends a separate notification for each service. This often results in customers receiving multiple text messages for the same device, which can lead to confusion and create the impression of excessive or spam-like communication.

Allow notifications to be grouped by device, so that all services associated with the same device are included in one consolidated message rather than multiple individual notifications.

Example: Instead of sending three separate messages, the customer would receive one combined notification, such as:
"Hello, your Hand Bag's (Strap Replacement, Cleaning, Polishing) is awaiting inspection at Traveling Bags. Our technicians will assess it and notify you once the work is completed."
