Enhancements in Estimates Emails

Once a customer responds back to the estimate, we would like the following: 1. The Reply in InBox should have a hyperlink to the customer 2. The Reply in Inbox should have the Estimate Number in the email. 3. The Email Sent against an estimate and the customer response should be logged against the Estimate in the Estimate History
