Default Tax Class Issue in PO

The system fetches the Default tax Class and shows the same in the headers "HST CLASS" & "HST", also in the total section system fetches the same tax class "HST". However, it should be simple as "Tax class" & "Tax" and into the Total Section it shows pick up or show the Tax class when selecting at the time of adding ITEM in the PO.
