    Dear RD Users, I'm thrilled to share an exciting update with you - the implementation of the "Created By Filter" in our manage tickets section! Previously, users encountered challenges when attempting to filter results based on the "created by" criteria. The absence of this filter made it difficult for users to efficiently view and manage tickets created by specific technicians or team members. With the new "Created By Filter," we've addressed this pain point. This feature is now available in both the old view (under the "Select Criteria" dropdown) and the new view (within the "Advanced Filters" section) of the manage tickets. Users can easily filter results based on the ticket creator by applying specific criteria, providing a more tailored and efficient ticket management experience.
