about 1 year agoHi @Alexandar , Exciting news! We've enhanced the Manage Tickets page with a new 'Additional Details' column, displaying all custom fields added to tickets. This improvement provides you with quick access to essential ticket information at a glance. You can show/hide or rearrange the column through the manage columns action button. (see screenshot for reference) We appreciate your feedback and hope this enhancement enhances your RepairDesk experience.

over 1 year agoHi there @Alexandar , We've reviewed your request, and I'm thrilled to share that we're adding it to our development pipeline. Anticipate this feature to roll out in approximately 3 weeks. Stay tuned for updates on its release! We're planning is to add a new column on the 'Manage Tickets' page specifically for any custom fields you may have added. This column will show up next to the 'Device Information' column. With this you can easily see the Custom Fields on the listing page without having to perform any additional actions. Hope this solves the problem you have been facing. Feel free to share any additional feedback you might have. Product Team, RepairDesk
