Control Over “Others Please Specify” and Issue Details Field in Customer Portal.
Currently, when adding a service while creating a ticket in the Customer Portal, the system displays an “Others, Please Specify” option within the services section. Upon selecting this option, an Issue Details input box appears directly alongside it.
We would like to request the ability to disable or remove both the “Others, Please Specify” option and the associated Issue Details field. Ideally, this should be managed through a configurable toggle/trigger within Customer Portal settings, allowing businesses to enable or disable these elements based on their workflow requirements.
