Better workflow for attaching Ticket Labels
In Tickets, when I send an email to the customer, from Email/SMS Customer, I can attach only those files that are previously attached in, Upload Attachments. Every time I create a ticket, I have to Print Label, Upload that Label in Attachments of that particular ticket and then email the customer with that Label so the customer can send in their product. I need an option for when I Print Label in Tickets, it will also be uploaded as attachment automatically or be available to attach in the Email/SMS Customer option.
