Automated Warranty Reminder & Maintenance Follow-Up Emails

Hi team, We would love to see a feature where automated email reminders are sent to our customers regarding their repair warranty. Specifically, we want: An automated reminder email to go out shortly before the warranty is set to expire — so customers are aware and can come back in time for any eligible service or checkup. Another automated email to be sent once the warranty has expired — informing them of the warranty end and what their next steps could be (e.g., maintenance options, new services, etc.). A recurring annual follow-up email (especially for repairs like battery replacements or dial servicing) to check in and offer maintenance — even after the warranty has ended. This would help us stay engaged with our customers long-term and ensure they return for timely maintenance. Currently, we are doing this manually, which is not scalable. Having this process automated would be a big help!
