Auto-Start & Auto-Stop Repair Time Clock Based on Status Changes

We would like the Repair Time Clock to start automatically when the ticket status changes to an in-progress status and stop automatically when the status changes again to a Closed type. We don’t want technicians to manually start or stop the timer. This would ensure accurate repair-time tracking and reduce the chance of human error.
