Add a 'Manufacturer' macro

I would like to add a macro for the device manufacturer. I repair watches. Now when I send the 'device received' update it says only we've received your watch. I want to look more professional and trustworthy by saying what brand and model watch we've received. For example: ''we've received your Rolex Datejust'' Now I can only choose Device and Device_name makro's but they turn out to be the same. When I place this it says ''we've reveived your Datejust Datejust'' Can this please be fixed?
