Ability to VIew/Download PDFs attached in a Ticket via Customer Portal

We need to be able to send PDF attachments to our customers from tickets, and specifically, we want your B2B customers to be able to view and download these PDFs from the customer portal. The PDF i's about the DGUV A3 test in Germany.
