Ability to Search Tickets Using Custom Form Fields (RD Form)

This is an official request to have the ability to search and filter tickets using values from custom form (RD Form) fields. For example, serial numbers are often captured through custom forms and are visible within the ticket, but they are not currently searchable across tickets. Adding support for searching by custom field data would make it much easier to locate tickets and improve day-to-day workflows.
