Ability to Edit/Delete Technical Repair Report

Currently, there is no option to edit or delete the technical repair report once it's been added. However, there may be instances where changes are needed or errors are made, and since this information is printed on the receipt, it's important to have the flexibility to correct it. Just like we have the ability to edit or delete diagnostic notes and private comments, a similar option should be available for technical repair reports as well.
