On screen/email notifications

We need an option for on screen notifications for connect. If we are logged into RD it will show notification for a new sms message however if we are not logged in it will not show anything unless connect is clicked on to show the inbox. This is the same with google messages, facebook, ect.. We are missing a lot of messages. We need an option to enable on screen notifications and emails to admins when a new massage is received.

    Mike, adding on-screen notifications and email alerts for new messages is a great idea that can help users stay updated and not miss any important messages. We will consider adding this feature in the future. Thank you for sharing your idea with us!

    I'm going to bump this up as it is so true. The new "Quote" feature is fantastic when a call comes through, but I find myself subconsciously closing the popup so I can keep working on what I was in while I talk to the customer on the phone, and then I can't send the quote.  Having Call logs/active calls show up in the Connect Sidebar permanently like the SMS list would be amazingly helpful!

    @Jeff   thought they put out an option to receive sms through 3CX but can’t find any info on it. Strange we don’t have something like this.
